Mysql User Creation error

After upgrading to Plesk 10 I get the following error while trying to create a new database user:

"The maximum must be greater than or equal to the minimum length, but -1 < 1"

Seems its some kind of verification, but I cant see where is the problem. The user name and the passwords are being correctly filled.

    Parallels Panel version psa v10.1.1_build1010110120.18 os_Ubuntu 8.04

Obs: The database was created successfully but I cant add any users.
Adding users to old databases have the same error.
Mysql or postgress users get the same problem.

Tested with different browsers and subscriptions.
