The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions. Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.
Is the only reason MySQL is not supported above 5.1 because of the web builder? If that is not being used, is it safe to install a more recent and secure version of MySQL? Why does the version have to be so far behind?
Hmmm... I do not see 5.7 version here http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/installer/
At the moment we support MySQL 4.1.22 - 5.1 (5.5 for remote database servers)
Other versions weren't tested and we can't guarantee correct APS or backup/restore operation with these untested versions.
