Nameserver Problem !!! Kindly Help !

I have recently installed Plesk 11 in my VPS Server.
It has 4 public IP Address.

One in single subnet and three in another single subnet but allocated to the same vps server.

I have used two IP Address seperately for the nameserver.
e.g 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.5.2

ns1.mydomain.com as 1.1.1.1 and ns2.mydomain.com as 1.1.5.2

They are resolving properly and no firewall has blocked port 53.
The problem is when I check in intodns.com/mydomain.com

It shows the following error :

ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are:
1.1.5.2

These IPs are in different subnet but allocated to the same interface as venet 0:0 and venet 0:1

Please kindly help me regarding this problem I really want to get rid of it.

Try pinging both Nameservers from outside and see if its responding and what ips are showing.

Firewall is totally disabled all IPs reply to ping .. namesever are pointed to correct a records and showing proper id.
