Hi,

I need to to this according to the tech I talked to and I have no idea how.....

There are over 350 000 files in the Ougoing queue directory of
MailEnable (C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail
Enable\Queues\SMTP). I suggest you 1- stop the MailEnable service and 2-
empty the Outoing queue.

Can anyone tell me in newbie steps how to access that outgoing mail queue?

thanks much

Just stop MailEnable and rename C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Queues\SMTP\Outgoing folder to something else. Then you should create the new one with Messages folder inside it.
After that you may start MailEnable and remove original folder.

PS
I can suppose that you are a victim of DrWeb

1. Right click PLESK icon in system tray. Choose Control panel. Select Mail Server (all checkmarks should be selected) and Antivirus. Select Stop. Close Window.

2. Download and apply Dr.Web patch
patch:
http://www.proserve.nl/~ivo/Plesk/drwebpatch.zip
thread:
http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=28525

3. Download and apply MailEnable patch
patch: http://www.mailenable.com/hotfix/MBX-DE-REG.zip
thread: http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?t=8757

4. delete piled e-mails from SMTP outbound queue
tool: http://www.mailenable.com/utilities/addons/MEQUEUECLEAN.ZIP
(Queue: SMTP, Queue type: INBOUND, Search string: Undelivered mail, disable Results checkbox, click Purge Queue)

5. After all done upgrade your Plesk to version 7.5.6

Hope it helps.

Thanks, got it going and cleaned up, now on to the next issues lol appreciate all you help
