NEED HELP - PleskUtilException!

So I bought parallels plesk hosting through godaddy which was okay. But I get this error which says my account is banned when I try to access the 'httpdoc/s', and 'file manager' Could someone please explain why my account is disabled for absolutely no reason? Thanks.

Internal error: Unable to logon user (P3NWVPWEB044\BarryLynch2014): (1331) This user can't sign in because this account is currently disabled. (Error code 1)

P.S I used filezilla to transfer my files created from Adobe muse to my website, but it just shows text and does not include the navigation or any images...

Looks like you have Plesk for Windows.
The above error indicates that, the user 'BarryLynch2014' was disabled in the server. In order to fix the issue, you or server administrator can enable it using the Computer Management console:

Go to Computer Management >> expand Local Users and Groups >> Users, find the user(BarryLynch2014)that is disabled >> right-click, Properties >> General tab >> unchecked Account is disabled check-box, click OK.

The only user is Barry, and I've done that but It still says my account is disabled.

Can you give me the exact steps of what I should do once I've bought plesk hosting from godaddy.
