Issue Need help with running Nodejs Express app on my server

Hello,

I have setup my Express back end and I receive the following error message when trying to load it up:

The Phusion Passenger application server tried to start the web application, but this took too much time, so Passenger put a stop to that.

What would be the cause of this ?! On my localhost everything works fine.
