i have my Plesk stuck at Plesk Obsidian 18.0.28 Update #3 and was unable to update it, so i did a Plesk Repair hoping for a fix.
But now i got this error "New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates (etc)" and all my website and mail services arent working.
i read others articles about this with solutions, but they need SSH access to the server. Well, i tried in many ways, read about it here on this forum and elsewhere, but never had a chance of enter the server...
also i tried to migrate to a new os, since mine is on EOL, but it returned me errors and even to solve this i need to enter with SSH.
putty always gives me a password error with existing users and even if i create a new one.
So i'm asking for a big HELP to try and fix this error!
