Dear Pleskians,

Starting today, new rules for the design of your posts are being introduced.
  1. For security reasons, only the following extensions for attachments are allowed:
    pdf
    png
    jpg
    jpeg
  2. If you want to add logs to your post, you do not need to try to attach huge log files. It is very tedious to sort out the huge logs and try to find in them the source of the problem. Please be so kind and take care of our time.
  3. Try to find in the logs records that can relate to the problem and place them in your post with the help of CODE brackets:Screenshot at Oct 20 11-01-43.png
  4. And please do not publish your logs in the form of attached screenshots, or linked video files!! You must understand that it is absolutely impossible to work with! :)

Using only a png image to illustrate this ;) we suddenly cannot use the normal areas of the Plesk Forum that we visit, in the normal way, on any of our different MAC OS / IOS devices and when using any of the available browsers, via any IP address (normal or VPN) because...Mid-typing, we receive various versions of the error shown in the image, which kills that posting session. This ONLY occurs on this forum, not anywhere else at all. Any ideas? :( Very, very unusual and frustrating especially as we have things to post... :) We have two step verification enabled, but that's for forum login (and works perfectly). This "two step" is something else and prevents us from posting anything...

@learning_curve Thank you for report. I will check it and update this thread with results.
If I'm not mistaken, you can't attach png file to post, right?

It would be very useful for me if you make some kind of screencast with this error with all your steps.
The problem is related to the new forum protection system, which was recently installed, and apparently its finer tuning is needed.

Thank you! It's not just related to attaching images (see ** below) We chose to reply to the latest post (in what we thought maybe the right forum section) to highlight this issue - ironically, using a png file as a quick easy aide to illustrate it. Attaching a png worked fine in this area. A screencast? No problem, we'll do one shortly and post it to hopefully help solve this.

** We are being 'stopped' dead in our tracks when attempting to post using Quote / URL Links / Using a Member's ID etc all very standard stuff usually
