• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue New backup error: undefind method Mail_Server_SpamFilterTable::getBroker()

B_P

Regular Pleskian
Dear all,

Since yesterday I receive the following error messages when creating a backup:

Warning: Email account "<account-name>"
Unable to back up spam filter settings. Error: Call to undefined method Mail_Server_SpamFilterTable::getBroker()

(This is repeated for every mail account)

At the end, this is completed by these messages

Warning: Server "<hostname>"
Unable to back up spam filter settings. Error: Call to undefined method Mail_Server_SpamFilterTable::getBroker()
Error:
Export error: Size of volume backup_2011120113.tar3 2146467072 does not match expected one 2146435072. The remote backup may not be restored.
Error:
Unable to validate the remote backup. It may not be restored. Error: Unable to extract dump header

Does anyone have an idea?

I am running Plesk 18.0.31 MU#1 on an Ubuntu 16.04.7 server. It seems this happens since the system automatically updated from 18.0.30 to 18.0.31.

Looks like known bug PPPM-12084.
I have updated this bugreport with your case.
