Log rotation ("daily", "number of logfiles=x" => delete after x days) can be set under each domain (I think it's called subscription)

Could you please post a screenshot where this can be found?

Why are there two log locations with identical files?

/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/logs
and
/var/www/vhosts/example.com/logs

I don't see that one of these is a symbolic link.

It is a hard link

Just for completion if someone else comes along: How to manage log rotation for a domain in Plesk

And I guess erasing is done by setting the number of logfiles to zero, but I didn't test it.

When the Maximum number of log files is set to 0, all existing logfiles will be deleted after log rotation condition.

It would be nice if a value of e.g. "7" would also delete all files which are above this number... (does not work at the moment).
