Plesk Obsidian 18.0.65 Update #1
Hi All, I have been using Plesk for a few years now without any serious problems, however on Friday last week after updating to AlmaLinux 9.5 I've started having issues with postfix and mail getting stuck in outbox. I need to restart the postfix service regularly for emails to keep flowing, also I've noticed the Mail Queue widget on the dashboard shows items in the queue, but when I click "Try the new mail queue now" button, there are no items in the queue per below screenshots.

I've also noticed these errors popping up regularly in my log browser, if anyone is able to shed some light on the situation or point me in the right direction i'll be much appreciative.

Hello, @inspyred. Could you please run the following command and confirm if the output matches the value of "Total"

mailq | grep Requests

The postfix/spawn timeout issue, it is really difficult to point out what might be causing it. It might be due to the configuration, permissions, SELinux. If you have the option, please consider opening a support ticket with our team so they can directly investigate the issue on the server.

Regarding the last alert, please try applying the workaround from the following article. It might also be the answer to the issue you are experiencing with the stuck emails in the queue. I hope that helps.

Thanks @Sebahat.hadzhi for the reply. I'll try this today. I've been a bit nervous about playing with my server with trying to fixes because I've also been experiencing the backup error recently, but I see that has been fixed with 18.0.65 #2 so I'll run a backup then start trying.

Thanks again.
