Question New to Plesk-how to configure multiple emails for one domain

I have never tried to configure Plesk before and it automatically configured itself so that [email protected] works emails are received in mail1 mailbox. I would like to be able to have a mailbox for [email protected] & a mailbox for [email protected]. I have created the email addresses, but cannot seem to access the mailboxes.

When you create a new email address you would make a new user account which means it's a new mailbox, with a new password. You just need to log in using that new creds.
