New to Plesk (need basic information)

I am interested in creating a web hosting company. I am using WHMCS for order fullfillment and I would like to use Plesk for server provisioning. Based on what I am reading, this seems like the way to go, but if anyone has any other suggestions, I am all ears!

If I have several dedicated servers available (both Windows and Linux), can Plesk handle the fullfillment of hosting space across servers (Windows or Linux)? In other words, if my customer purchases a hosting plan and I have WHMCS communicate to Plesk to provision the hosting space, can plesk handle which server should the new hosting account be provisioned to?

If I add servers, can Plesk handle the new servers for provisioning?

Can MySQL/MSSQL databases be created on different servers for example if I had a dedicated server just for databases?

Not sure that WHMCS can handle Plesk servers. Plesk 10.x has own Parallels Customer and Business Manager and own business logic. More details here - http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/documentation/
