Issue New user to plesk - DNS Issues

Wongle

New Pleskian
Hi there,

Sorry guys but I am new to Plesk :) I have just installed Plesk Onyx with Ubuntu 16.04 and the default domain DNS settings are not resolving.

I have got DNS records for NS1 and NS2 (NS and A). In Godaddy, I have created the hostnames for NS1 and NS2 and set the DNS Servers to point to my domain / server.

I have left the settings like that for a day or so and keep getting the message "Loop detected! We were referred back to IP address" when doing a Whois / DNS Lookup and the page does not load.

Is there anything else that I need to activate anywhere or something I have missed.

Many thanks,
Wongle.
