New users showing up in webalizer logs

I've been watching the webalizer logs for some domains we host, and new names keep showing up in the 'users' section. Can somebody tell me one, what these users even are, and two, how new users could keep showing up?

Do you refer to the User Agents?

No, I mean "users". These are user names, and I don't know how they are generated, where they come from., or what they are used for.
