I have only just bought my website (with .Net/Windows development package) and when I go to the page I am supposed to go to to administer my site I see this. I have written to support and got no response. Help?

Issue Newbie cannot get into website!

Hello Michelle,
I would suggest you check for the error logs. You should disable custom errors to get actual errors that may help resolve the issue. Follow the steps to disable custom errors.
- Go to the web.config file.
- And search for <system.web>.
- Create a below tag:
<customErrors mode =”off”/>
Once you disable the custom errors, browse your domain again. Now you will see the actual causing errors, which can lead to issues.
