Newbie needs help with Parameter serverstatus

Hello,

I am a total newbie for Parallels and Linux VPS Hosting.
Maybe not the best for hosting my own website but the shared host became very slow for me so this should be the next option.

My site is up and running so thats done.

Now my mailbox runs full of these emails (It's Dutch but maybe you know what it is using my (translation)

Parameter serverstatus "Diensten (services) > Processorgebruik Apache" is gewijzigd (changed) van "green" naar (to) "yellow".

i get these for Apache and Mysql and a few minuts later ig get Green light again.

Is this bad or need i to change the RED YELLOW and GREEN parameters?
And how do i do that?
