Issue Nextcloud Passwords unfunctional after migration

Hey Plesk-Community,

I migrated a server to an other webhoster (Ubuntu 18.04 to 16.04).
After the migration the Nextcloud-Passwords are unfunctional.
It looks like the passwords of the first server are encrypted with argon2.
But the passwords of the second server not. Any idea how to activate argon2 on my new server?

mmmmh.
So it´s a problem of Nextcloud?
On my first Server Nextcloud works fine (with argon2-hashed Passwords in my database).
On my migrated Server all Passwords are wrong until I set them back - although they are the same.

PHP shipped with Plesk now supports Argon2 - Change Log for Plesk Obsidian

Try to use PHP 7.4 this helped me on a server with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, or Update to 18.0.28 as @IgorG mentioned.
