Resolved Nextcloud Upgrade Error

I’m running PHP 7.3.21 and Nextcloud 17.0.8.1 and when attempting to upgrade the extension to 18.0.7.1 I get the following error:

It is Nextcloud related issue. Please check discussion here, for example, Trying to upgrade 14.03 to 14.04 - I get: The following extra files have been found * .rnd
I think that you can just remove these extra files and update will be completed successfully.
