Nginx and Webalizer not generate statistics

Balles

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have installed Nginx in Plesk 11.0.9 #26 (Centos 5.8 Final) and Webalizer statistics has stop since installation and start service of Nginx. But other websites with Awstats can generate statistics correctly.

Can anyone help me?

Thank you

No errors, no messages, apparently everything works.

But since installation of nginx, webalizer not count 'Visits' and 'Pages' access. Webalizer only counts in statistics 'Hits', 'Files', 'Sites' and 'KBytes'.

Example:
The 13th of November I installed nginx. Since this day, webalizer not count 'Visits' and 'Pages'. 0 0.00% Visitis, 0 0.00% Pages

Have you tried httpdmng --reconfigure-all after nginx installation?

Not, but installation it did for me.

All domains have the hosts configuration files rebuild since the 13th November, the day of nginx installation:

PRODUCT: Plesk Panel for Linux, VERSION: 11.0.9, MICROUPDATE: #26, OPERATING SYSTEM: CentOS release 5.8 (Final), ARCHITECTURE: x86_64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Since installation and start the service of nginx, webalizer not counts in statistics 'Pages' and 'Visits' access. Webalizer only counts properly 'Hits', 'Files', 'Sites' and 'KBytes' in statistics. 'Pages' shows as 0 0.00%. 'Visits' shows as 0 0.00%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Install nginx support from Plesk installer
- Start the service
- Wait for statistics of webalizer 1 day
- Statistics not count 'Pages' and 'Visits'

ACTUAL RESULT
Webalizer not performed properly statistics

EXPECTED RESULT
Webalizer counts 'Visits' and 'Pages' in statistics.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Awstats make statistics correctly in other domains since installation of nginx.

Thank you for report. I have forwarded it to developers (#123553 for your reference). I will update thread with results as soon as I receive them.

I have exactly the same problem.
PRODUCT: Plesk Panel for Linux, VERSION: 11.0.9, MICROUPDATE: #26, OPERATING SYSTEM: CentOS release 6.2 (Final), ARCHITECTURE: x86_64

Webalizer does not count 'Pages' and 'Visits' access in daily statistics. Other columns are counted.
I noticed that when I disable log rotation statistics are updated correctly.
Nginx is also installed.
I have attached an image to see what happens when log rotation is on (6 - 13 of November).
