Nginx Expires Header not working

CGI1979

Basic Pleskian
Dear Plesk-Group,

Google Page Speed Tool tells me that no expire headers are sent.
We tried adding this directive in the Plesk 12 Panel (latest version):

location ~* \.(js|css|png|jpg|jpeg|gif|ico)$ {
expires 30d;
}

Unfortunately this doesn't have an effect.
Only if Nginx is deactivated the expire headers are sent correcty by Apache.

How can I set the expire headers to make it work?
Or is it possible to set the headers globally for all domains in Nginx configuration?
