Issue Nginx huge problems! Please Help

Hi, I have a platform that I administrate on my Linux server (with Plesk obv).
In the last 4 hours, the domain that is on this server, was unreachable 2 times.
And the logs of the errors are this:

127188#0: *102251 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream

Please Help!

You should search for your server IPs in Fail2Ban and move them to trusted, if you find them.

Hi @TravisB , I have already White-listed the Ip of my office, the Ip of the server and the all of right connections that my server has.
