Question Nginx modify config to handle 1500 requests within one Minute

Hi,

i have to prepare a domain / Server. How can i assure that my prepared HTML Doc will open for 1500 request (People) in same moment (loads only once) without any Error?
Do i have to higher some Worker Value - where can i find this.
Its NGINX only on a NVMe Server with latest Plesk Onyx stable on Cloudlinux 7.4
