No data in CPU Usage by Web Service

HI,
in the Health-Monitor tab Services there is Data for my Smartermail Server (Memory/CPU Usage), but i dont see any data in the CPU/Memory Usage by Web Service, and CPU/Memory Usage by the Panel. Any ideas?

Try to run

"%plesk_bin%\php.exe" -d auto_prepend_file="" "%plesk_dir%\admin\plib\scripts\setup-health-monitor.php"

Thanks for your quick response.
Responds with "Operation completed successfully"
but no change, although id did a Server-Restart. See pic below.
By the way: There is also no data for the panel. (And none for mysql, but mysql is unused on my server.)
Any more ideas?
