No file migration, only databases migrated

Hello,

While migrating from Linux / Plesk 9 to Linux / Plesk 10, everything seems to work (no advertise) but when looking on new server, i only have databases, but no file.
In httpdocs, i just see files and directories created by plesk but none of mine, html or php pages.

I don't know why, but using "rsync" while migrating, all files and databases are transfered.
So everything is good now.
