Resolved No FTP connection - PLESK ONYX 17.8.11

Hi there I am a bit new, but I have PLESK ONYX 17.8.11 running and created a subscription.
The domain is somewhere else so I adjusted the DNS setting A record to the ip adres of my server with Plesk running.

I created a FTP account but can't seem to connect to the website with FileZilla.

Can anybody assist me in a solution?

Hi, I had the same problem. I disabled the firewall and then it worked. Go to Tools & Settings -> Security -> Firewall.
I think there is another way, but I have not tested it. See the link below: Passive FTP connection does not work after enabling Plesk Firewall

Let's not disable the firewall. Let's take time to create the appropriate rules.
