Hello Frinds,
sorry for my very bad english, i come from germany, and i use the google translater for bigger words

:)

OK, i have Plesk 9.3, and SuSE 11.3 by 1&1 Germany, on the server are 1 IP Address and 2 Domains. It works wonderful, but then, a customer will have a 2. IP Address and a SSL Certificat for a HTTPs Domain.

Now i buy a 2. IP, and a SSL Certification and built in Plesk. After a reboot the Domain works with SSL very good, but all of the eMail Transver are down.

I can send a eMail from a Website over a PHP Script, but i can't a connection to anny a eMail Mailbox. My eMail Application (iMail on a Mac) sad the error "the user ?????? is unknown on this system".

Before I insert the 2. IP Address the system works wonderfull.

What can I do?

When you need anny scripts or config files to look in, then say it to me, pleace. I will give and write the content in this Forum.

Verry verry thanks for all help. I do not continue to know at the moment no more.
 
First of all try to rebuild mailsetting with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

Maillog /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog investigation also can be useful.
