No Remote Desktop after Upgrade

I upgraded my server from 7.5.6 to 7.6.1 via remote desktop. Installation went fine. Rebooted the server.

Now I cannot access remote desktop. Also, I am sure this is related. I had Visual Source Safe 2005 installed and not I cannot check in/out any files.

I can remotely connect to SQL Server 2005 on this server and the sites on the domain work fine.

Any thoughts?

Got it. Had to manually go to the server and restart it. It hung on restart so I couldn't RD into it anymore but it was not shutting down. Restart command from Plesk control panel also did no good.
