no such domain registered in Plesk

I have not exceeded my domain limits...

When I create a new domain in plesk and even change the default page it shows:

This is the Pleskâ„¢ default page
If you see this page it means:

1) hosting for this domain is not configured
or
2) there's no such domain registered in Plesk.

I have destroyed and recreated the domain a few times... any suggestions? None of my previously created domains seem to have problems?
