No thumbnail on Wordpress Toolkit site list

Why Wordpress Toolkit cannot grab a site's thumbnail even though the site is fully accessible?

Check out this screenshot: Screenshot

Tried syncing this site many times to no avail. This is extremely rare, though.

Make sure that hostname shots.plesk.com is not firewalled on your server.

Okay, I couldn't figure out how to check if shots.plesk.com is not firewalled. Plesk's firewall configuration does not show anything related to this. Seems like shots.plesk.com points to different IPs so I don't think I can add them all to the firewall manually. And I have no idea how to manually set up or check Ubuntu's firewall configuration. It was working before just fine, so maybe something in a previous update made it non-working.

I also thought that Cloudflare could be interfering on this but that does not seem to be the case. So, how do I fix this?

Just noticed one thing: this problem happens with production sites running on their own domains. Staging sites that I put on a subdomain of my main domain show their thumbnails just fine.

That file says
[2019-02-11 15:21:01.796] ERR [extension/wp-toolkit] Failed to generate screenshot of instance #111: Can not find domain by name 'www.mascarenhasfitness.com.br'

I use Cloudflare on my domains but it still won't work when Cloudflare is disabled for the domain (eg. Cloudflare is resolving directly to the server).

BTW I can ping the domain from the server's shell just fine.

And the funny thing is, I just read the changelog for the Wordpress toolkit and it says:
3.5.5 (10 Jan 2019)
  • Improved the reliability of screenshot generation for WordPress instances.

Alright, here's the solution! (And by the way, today an update to Wordpress Toolkit came out, but that didn't fix the problem).

I found another thread on this forum mentioning some other problem with the toolkit, and some user replied that they fixed the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the toolkit, and then rescanning for instances. This FINALLY fixed my problem, now the thumbnails are just fine. Only thing is, now I have to reapply security measures for every site.
