Perhaps you are using the mirror of the official repository that your service provider configured and this mirror has not been updated yet?
What is content of file /root/.autoinstallerrc ?

Hi all, For some servers, since some months, we no longer have any update offered after version Obsedian 18.0.21. For others, no problem. Even for much older servers. We can go to Obsedian 18.0.25. All are on CentOS 6 or 7. We don't have found any explication. Do you have an idea? Thank you...
