No vhost directory

Want to activate webDAV in a specific domain with a v_host conf file, but do not have a /conf directory in the domain path.
How can I manage the this?

you can find all config files under a special "system" vhost. E.g. on Centos:

/var/www/vhosts/system/domain.com/conf/
