No way to (re-)add records to DNS template if all records are removed

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

When all records are remove from the DNS template in Plesk (Tools & Settings > DNS Settings) there is no option left to (re-add) new records again. The button to add a new record disappeared.

Report based on issue posted in this topic. Thanks to @Quinten for bring this issue up.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Go to Tools & Settings > DNS Settings and remove all records from template.

Notice how the control buttons are missing after removing the last record from the template.

ACTUAL RESULT

The Add record + button is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT

Always have the "Add record +" button shown, even when there are no records in the template.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Work around would be add a new record via CLI, which will then make the control buttons visible again.
