Hello all

Plesk allow me to create new subdomains and i find it by FTP but when i upload file on it i can't call back this files by firefox or other
The adresse is corect.

I precise that there is no problem for the domain but just for the subdomains.

Are you sure that your subdomain's hostname is resolvable?

How i can check this ?

I precise i have other domain with subdomain without problem on the same server.
And i precise that i just created today this domain and subdomains.

Just check that hostname is resolvable with

# host subdomain.domain.com

Check you DNS record for this subdomain if it is not resolvable.
