Not receive e-mail -> invalid address (state 14)

Panel-Version 10.3.0
CentOS 5.6

i migrate one Domain from a Plesk installation 9.x, and everything seems to be fine. But at this domain i can not receive mails, the following message will send to the sender:

The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 <[email protected]>: invalid address (state 14)

At the same server i manually set up another domain, and with this domain everything work fine. I can receive mail and send .......

If i send from this domain to the other, it also work.

I also can send, i reach my mailbox with outlook, and can see my old mails ...... The only thing what not works is to receive new mails from others.

I do not find something in logs, maybe i not find the right logs, and i tried this:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

But still not work.

Any one a idea ?

solved the problem

was a DNS Problem, the wrong DNS for e-mail Server was configured by the provider ....
