Not receiving any e-mails after upgrade to 8.6

Hi,

We just upgraded from 8.3 to 8.6 and we cannot receive any e-mail.

1) There's no error in Outlook in our users settings, but when we try sending a message from Yahoo, GMail, or any other external e-mails the message can't go through our Inbox.

2) We can send an e-mail from our SMTP server but the message won't be received.

Any idea how to fix this? Port 25 and 110 works just fine...

Error 553

Hi,

I get error 553 when sending an e-mail to my Plesk account from my GMail.. Here's the error. Can anyone please help? Why does this happen after the upgrade to 8.6? It never does this before.

I know http://kb.odin.com/en/168 and did this, but the domain is already listed in virtualdomains and rcpthosts file.. why am I still getting 553 when sending to this account?

If you get the bounce message with such error when send mail to a domain hosted on the Plesk server, then make sure that the Mail service for this domain is enabled and the domain name is listed in $QMAIL_ROOT_D/control/virtualdomains and $QMAIL_ROOT_D/control/rcpthosts files.
If not, use $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/sbin/mchk utility to rebuild Qmail configuration.
