• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Notification about resource usage limits

markovuk

New Pleskian
My client getting notification about resource usage limits
although he didn't reach usage limit.

Example:

The 'example.com' subscription, owned by user 'My user', is approaching or already exceeded the resource usage limits:
Disk space: 1500 MB limit / 2149.4 MB (143%) used / 0 MB (0%) remaining

But his resource plan is 2500 MB and subscription is synchronized with that plan.

NOTE: "Notify me by email in cases of overuse." is unchecked.

Yea, I checked this post and I set everything correct. But still getting this message.
How Plesk get these value "Disk space: 1500 MB limit / 2149.4 MB (143%) used / 0 MB (0%) remaining" when I set Disk space to 2500MB.

Try to run Daily Maintenance script with

# /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php -f ExecuteQuotacheck

I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at Help Center
