Notification e-mail's subject

I'd like to ask that is there a way to change somehow the notification e-mails' subject?

Hi,

You should be able to change it directly in the database table for Notifications : psa.Notifications

I've never edited the subject line in this table but I've done other stuff so there should be no problems,
