Notification of problem domains - SPAM

Hello,
I wanted to inquire once whether one the number of Mails (and/or the temporal distance in which the Mails is sent) concerning the ' Notification of problem domains ' to amend can, if such a problem arises becomes skillfully to me over 200 Mails.
