• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Notifications + Domain suspend NOT working after upgrade to Plesk 9

Hello...
I've run into a little problem after upgrading from v8.4 to v9.0.0 on my Plesk Panel.
It seems that notifications are no longer working and along with that, site that have reached their expiration period no longer expire. I'm NOT receiving any email to inform me of that so I have to look at them manually to know witch site (client) I have to send the bill to. Does anyone have any clue about solving this?

Parallels technicians are unreachable without buying support and I would buy if this would be my mistake but since this was the direct result of a process upgrade they have wrote I don't understand why I have to pay. And also in order to have money to pay their support, we have to make some money but with the latest software from them how can we make money to give them??

P.S. - Another upgrade from 9.0.0 to 9.0.1 still dosen't solved anything.

Thanks!
