observing OOM errors

Where do i go or what do i do to observe what services are being killied by OOM errors .

eg like the below.

OOM killed process tail (pid=12401, ve=172) exited, free=41853 gen=1351.
OOM killed process tail (pid=12682, ve=172) exited, free=41853 gen=1352.
OOM killed process qmail-send (pid=8907, ve=172) exited, free=41884 gen=1353.

Its telling you the process directly in the error - ie tail and qmail-send
