• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Obsidian unable to retrieve set up information for Presence Builder sites already built

KrazyBob

Regular Pleskian
The developers at Plesk made a serious mistake when they did not consider that current website owners may have created their website using Presence Builder. It is not able to read their configuration and pull it into the editor for making changes.

It will allow you to create a new website and edit and publish it but not one that had been done previously on Onyx. This is a major mistake on the part of Plesk.

I have already suggested to plesk that they create a script that reverse Engineers the building process and generates code that will read the website and store its values back in a Presence Builder database.

Their recommendation was to have the customer rebuild their site. This is not going to go over well!
