Online Store problems

I'd made a online store in Site builder with PayPal payments.
Store is working, but I can't make payment for the items. There are only notices in my email.
HELP!!!

I have sent you the latest patch, just in case so you can apply it on your server.
As for the issue, as I understand when someone making purchase on published site using PayPal method nothing happens? On which step exactly? Could you specify it?
After making checkout customer must fill 'Contact Information', click Continue, check his order and click Continue one more time. After this if pop-up windows are not blocked in his/her browser new window should be opened with PayPay site and in original windows message 'Thank you for your order. We will contact you to deliver your purchase.' should be displayed.
