Issue open_basedir restriction in effect

Ashton Watts

New Pleskian
Hi, I can't get rid of this open_basedir error.

Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php56) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/domainname.com/:/tmp/:/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php56)

Unless im being really silly, the error message even confirms that the directory is in the allowed paths.

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.21 Update #5 running on Debian 8.11

Thanks

Is /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php56 a file or a directory?
I notice that the other paths have a trailing /, but right now I have no idea whether that is necessary or purely cosmetic. The page @AusWeb mentioned also has no trailing / in the example.
