Optimizing php(?)

    I'd like to get more performance out of php, and I'm wondering if I can do this fairly easily by modifying php.ini. If so, how do I do this?

    First off, u using Zend or something similar?

    All I know is that I have plain installation of OS RHE 3.0 and Plesk 7.5 (so Apache2 and whatever version of php that comes with Plesk 7.5).
