OS Commerce problems after upgrade

After i upgraded from 7.1.5 to 7.5 all of my os commerce instances are having open base dir problems where I use shared SSL.

Also some of my newser instances are giving me error that /tmp directory cannot be found (i can see it as
/home/httpd/vhost/<domain>/tmp)

i would apreciate some help
