Issue Our server was attacked by ransome ware encrypting all files and adding readInstrution to each file

Hello, our websites which is hosted on HostGator but managed through plesk three days ago was attacked by ransom ware. All the files were encrypted with the note from the hacker asking for ransom money to decrypt the files. Initially after the attack we were able to login to plesk but now its not possible at ... all our backups were on plesk back up manager. we have tried many times to log to plesk but in vain... is there any remedy we can login to plesk ????
