• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Out of sync business manager/plesk clients and subscriptions

I installed the business manager module and tried to synchronize my clients and subscriptions from current plesk installation.

I went to business manager, System Configuration, Server Groups, clicked in my PleskUnix server and server details. I selected all my clients and submited to sync.

After 1 minute I got a red error icon in clients and subscription sync status with the following error:
Error: Sync error: Failed to update the customer account in panel #92: pleskunix: client does not exist
Please resolve the problem manually and retry to sync this customer.

I'm using an Ubuntu Hardy 64-bits with plesk 10.0.1.

Note: I have an error installing business manager, I opened a ticket with my ISP(hivelocity) that opened a ticket directly with plesk and they installed my business manager. If you want I can ask them to open another ticket.
