Outband Antispam Scan License

I have problem with outband antispam. Parallels license is ok, service is running, but in /var/log/messages I found this every send mail:

CMsg::ScanMessage() - Unable to comply with the request because you are not licensed for the antispam service. Contact your service provider to enable the service.

How can I fix this?

It is known issue (request #139015 just for your reference). Unfortunately it is problem from Commtouch side. We are working on it with Commtouch but I haven't any ETA when they will fix it.

It's good you know about it. I should renew my license? Now it's unusable but I must pay for it.

I've juste bought a license for outband antispam and I have the same problem.
