Outgoing Mail Control value, do you use it and what is your daily limit per domain?

Basic Pleskian
I get notification in Outgoing Mail Control Probable spam for a domain abcdef.com.
How can I see how many emails is each email account on abcdef.com domain sending per day?

This is very important for finding and stopping SPAM email being sent from a server.

Can someone please help?
